Thanks to our friend Natalie Abrams from TV Guide for the following article about the return of Michael and Libby.

Sure, Harold Perrineau's character, Michael Dawson, died, but that doesn't mean he can't return to Lost. TVGuide.com sat down with with Perrineau in Hawaii after he shot his return to Lost to find out how Michael will interact with both Hurley (Jorge Garcia) and Libby (Cynthia Watros), whom Michael killed, in a way that will surprise even die-hard fans.

Among Michael's many acts of deception, most serious was that he murdered Ana Lucia (Michelle Rodriguez) and Libby in cold blood in Season 2. Since then, the estranged father has been trying to rectify mistakes and, according to Perrineau, he just may get it — despite being dead. In fact, he says, Michael is going to apologize to Libby.

"I did get to apologize," Perrineau says. "Every time I did it, it was really emotional. There was something really nice about it. It's not just apologizing to her, but to Hurley as well."

Co-star Garcia shared the same sentiments. "It played really well. When we did the rehearsal for it, I found myself getting way more emotional than I thought I was going to."

Michael's apology springs from his search for redemption this season. "That's what he's been trying to do since he came back originally," Perrineau says. "That's what Michael has been doing since the Ana Lucia-Libby episode, trying to find some redemption."

Ana Lucia, who Michael also murdered, won't be getting an apology though. "She was in his way," says Perrineau. "She was going to kill Ben. You see how good Michael Emerson is on the show, right? If she'd have killed him, we would've missed all that. You should be thanking me!"

So will Libby and Michael be incarnations of the Smoke Monster like the now-dead Locke? "I'm totally the ghost of Michael," Perrineau says, though he questions if every dead character we've seen has been a form of either Jacob or the Man in Black. Added Garcia: "I'm pretty confident that Libby is not the Man in Black when you see her."

As for the alternate timeline where our Lostaways are living and breathing, Perrineau said we won't be seeing an off-island Michael. "Unless they are using some old footage, as far as I know, Michael is only dead this season." Garcia added an ominous "we'll see" for the status of Libby being alive off the island.

Here are a new set video and pic from a recent filming shoot that reveals the return of Harold Perrineau as Michael!

In the video he has a scene with Hurley on Island and you can see Ilana was also on set.

Hurley speaks to someone very close to Richard's past and conveys this person's message to Richard. Definite tearjerker on par with when we first meet Bernand and he finds out Rose is okay in season 2.

- Man in Black has a true nemesis - and it's not Jacob.

-"Happily Ever After" marks Desmond's full return - his centric episode as well. His "flash-sideways" feature Charlie, Daniel, Penny, Mommy, Jack, Widmore, and Claire. Widmore and Desmond share some of that famous scotch. Des has to make a very, very big sacrifice.

- "Everybody Loves Hugo" marks the return of Libby and Michael. Michael is a ghost on island and Libby and Hurley date in his "flash-sideways." Locke gets run over. Man can't catch a break, can he?

According to our good friend Ryan and other fans in Hawaii, Harold Perrineau who plays Michael has been spotted.

No word on when he will be filming but currently Episode 6x12 is being filmed.

Last time we saw Michael was him working as Ben's spy on the freighter and he apparently blew up inside after Jack's dad appeared to him.

TVGuide.com: Is there any chance of seeing Annie again?
TVGuide.com: I had this discussion with [Terry O'Quinn] the other day. I said some of these plot lines are just going to go away unanswered, like the little carved figure that Ben keeps with him as a grownup. We haven't touched on that in two seasons now and I just fear that who Annie was, I don't think we're ever going to know. I think that's going to be one of the loose ends.

TVGuide.com: Everyone has been mum's the word about the final season of Lost, but executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse did reveal that Michael and Libby were returning.
Emerson: It may not be as big a gift or spoiler from the producers as you might think. I don't know in what form or how much of those characters you're going to get.

TVGuide.com: Michael was working as your mole on the ship until it blew up.
Emerson: Yeah, he was someone's mole. I suppose [the question of whether he died on the freighter] will be answered in Season 6.

TVGuide.com: Do you think fans will be satisfied with the final season of Lost?
Emerson: Some will, some won't, I'm sure. That was bound to be, no matter what the ending is. There will be argument about it ... I have high hopes for it being one of those things where you go, "Oh my God, yeah!" or "Oh, it's been that all along. I never knew what I was looking at until now." I hope it's a thing that sends us back to Season 1 and makes us start looking at it all over again with new eyes.

You gotta love a man who likes to clear the air.

Harold Perrineau just rang up to kindly reveal an answer to our blind item—"Guess Who's Not Returning to Lost?"—which outed a former Lost star as a holdout to return for the final season.

It's not him.

Despite everyone and their mother's brother's lover (even the Los Angeles Times!) assuming Harold (Michael) was the Lost holdout, Harold reveals that he has not turned down an offer to return to the show.

So does that mean he's coming back?
"Honestly, no one has asked," Harold tells me. "But if I was asked to come back to Lost, indeed I would say yes. We all started that journey together, and I would love to be able to end it with everybody. It would be a great thing to do, to get to say goodbye to them all at the same time. I would love to go back and hang out a little bit."

After the Season 4 Finale, I remember reading an article with Harold Perrineau voicing his displeasure with how the LOST producers handled the return of Michael, only to ultimately blow up with the Freighter.

Of course on LOST you can never count out any character so this news is not too shocking, but today we received our first confirmation from TV Guide's Matt Mitovich that Perrineau could possibly still appear on the show.

Here is what he posted:

Harold Perrineau is busy starring on the midseason ABC series The Unusuals. "I'm working for the same network so anything can happen," says the actor. "You never know what Carlton and Damon are going to do."

This tidbit was a part of Mitovich's TCA report and was the only new detail that was not posted earlier from Ausiello's TCA Live blog.

Here is an interesting little interview of LOST star Malcolm David Kelly who plays Walt. Nothing to shocking or major, but Kelly confirms that he is NOT on call for Season 5. He says that he knows that something will probably "pop up" and thinks (hopes) that we could see him and father Michael via flashbacks.

Crave Online: It was great to see you back on Lost finally.

Malcolm David Kelly: Thank you, appreciate it.

Crave Online: How was it to get back after all this time?

Malcolm David Kelly: It was cool. I mean, just going back and going back to Hawaii and seeing everybody, all my friends and family back there. It was nice and amazing, I love it.

Crave Online: So you had a reunion with the whole cast?

Malcolm David Kelly: Oh yeah, oh yeah. The cast, every time I go out there, we go out and eat. Or every time I'm back in LA when we have a break like this, we're all hanging out.

Crave Online: Were you in a holding pattern just waiting to find out when they'd have Walt back?

Malcolm David Kelly: Yeah, and working. Whenever they call me and let me know when they want me to come back, I'll just go out there and shoot and come back home and keep working.

Crave Online: Were you ever worried that so much time was passing?

Malcolm David Kelly: Yeah, I thought they were either going to try to recast me or just kill me off or something like that. I'm grateful that I'm still on there.

Crave Online: Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse told us they'd worked your aging into the story. Did they tell you not to sweat it?

Malcolm David Kelly: No, they didn't tell me not to sweat it. I'm still sweating a little bit but then when I found out I was my normal age, then it all worked out. Everything should be cool. That meant I should come back.

Crave Online: Now that Lost has been on for a few years, can you appreciate it as a fan?

Malcolm David Kelly: The show is great. There's still nothing else out there like this show so that's always amazing for TV and it's amazing for me.

Crave Online: When you finally got a script with Walt in it, how satisfied were you with where he was at that point?

Malcolm David Kelly: I was glad and especially the age factor like we talked about. I'm glad I got to play my normal age so I wouldn't have to change my voice like I've been trying to do and make it higher in scenes and everything like that. So that's a pretty cool transition.

Crave Online: How about his adjustment back to home life and his relationship with his father?

Malcolm David Kelly: I thought that was pretty cool but then my dad died on the show so I won't be seeing him too much anymore, but I'm still going to see him in real life. In flashbacks, hopefully they give us enough where we still get to keep working together so I'm looking forward to it.

Crave Online: Are you on call for the upcoming season?

Malcolm David Kelly: No, not that they've told me so far but I know something probably is going to pop up.

Crave Online: Because now we're bouncing back and forth.

Malcolm David Kelly: Yeah, we can go anywhere they want to with those writers.

Here are the latest tidbits from Kristin at E! Online. Updating us on the status of Michael, Claire and Jin.

For those of you that have not read the reports yet, Harrold Perrineau has been cast in a new ABC pilot so it looks like he has landed on his feet ok. Also, a few days ago it was confirmed that Emilie De Ravin has a "holding contract" for Season 5 and will return in Season 6.

Also, if you have kept up to date on all the spoilers, you would know that Daniel Dae Kim's character Jin, will be ok. So nothing really new, but it is a little more clarification for you all.

Here are the details:

Janet in R.I.: Anything new to report on Harold Perrineau’s death on Lost? I was so sad to see him go!
You and me both, babe. But the good news is that Harold is set to star in a dramedey on ABC (he was cast in the pilot The Unusuals), which is music to my ears. If you’ve seen much of H.P. in real life, you know he is (a) hilarious, (b) funny and (a) did I mention the funny? And of course, he can act his ass off. Personally, I never felt like poor, unlikable Mikey-poo did him much justice, so a fresh start where he can flaunt his comedy chops sounds good all around to me. Just my opinion! If you disagree, let mama have it in the comments below...

Mena in Los Angeles: Please, spill the beans! Is there a chance that my darling Jin survived the freighter explosion on Lost?
Jin is gonna be fine. I don't know exactly how, but he's going to be fine. I suspect that the difference between Michael's and Jin's survival is that Michael was trapped inside the hold, whereas Jin being up on the edge of the deck meant he had a chance to be blown clear of the ship. Besides, the guy magically survived the crash of a 747 and the wreck of the raft. No reason he shouldn't survive this shipwreck—I choose to believe the Island clearly joins us all in loving him and wanting to keep him around.

Cristina L. in Miami: About the person leaving Lost next season but returning the for season six...You said it's a girl from the first season, so is Rose included, or do you just mean Kate, Sun and Claire.
Rose would have been included, but as revealed in the Redux's "What's to Come" section, Emilie de Ravin will be on a holding contract with Lost for season five and returning in season six. But don't worry, you can get your Emilie fix elsewhere in the coming year: She's got a part in the Johnny Depp flick Public Enemies, she's in the period baseball picture The Perfect Game with Clifton Collins Jr. and last but not least, she'll be costarring in Ball Don't Lie with Nick Cannon and Ludacris. Even without Lost, she's going to be a busy cookie!

Well hey there spoiler lovers!!

Today brings us one of the craziest and out of blue potential LOST spoilers in awhile.

Yes I know the title gives away what this post is about, but if you do NOT want to know major spoilers or plot points for the finale stop reading now.

To me this one seemed a little out of left field, but our good friend DarkUFO says it is a legit source and he is hardly ever wrong.

Well either way this subject has created several different responses from the fans and the immediate reaction is....OMG WTF No Way they can kill Desmond (Henry Ian Cusick).

Well first of all the source never said Desmond is in the coffin, but that he was spotted on the set of the infamous Hoffs/Drawler Funeral parlor that Jack visited in the Season 3 finale.

What would Des be doing there...!? Well like I said many jumped to the conclusion that he was the one in the coffin, but I highly doubt it. I am still sticking to either Ben or Michael being in the coffin. If either character was in the coffin, Desmond visiting could make some sort of sense.

What if Ben ends up killing Penny and in revenge Des kills Ben...!? I can not see Penny dying OR ben dying, but we know no one on this show is safe from death.

Well here are the details of the original spoiler:



Note: The poster is speculating about Desmond being in the coffin as they never actually saw him. However, it still means that if it is not Desmond in the coffin that he is off the Island and may have been visiting the person in the coffin.

The mind boggles.

They are filming at the same funeral home as end of last season when Jack went alone to the funeral home and no one else was there....Kate's response as to why she didn't go was "Why would I go?" as if she hated the person in the coffin. Now, they are obviously filming the final episode for this season, same place and the only star to be seen...hold on to your hats....is DESMOND! in suit and tie, hair pulled back...it couldn't possibly be Desi in the coffin could it? That makes no sense! Oh yeah, right, this is LOST...but if it is Desmond in the coffin, what could he have done to piss Kate off so much? Why did he die alone and no one cared....he wasn't one of the Oceanic Six...so much to ponder...

Here is a little preview and what to expect to happen in part two of the Season 4 Finale of LOST which will air on May 29th. As we know we will finale see how the Oceanic 6 get of the island. This whole season has been focused on the Oceanic Six who got off the island and the growing rivalry between Charles Widmore and Ben. In the two-hour season finale on May 29th, we will find out just how the Oceanic Six (Jack, Kate, Sayid, Sun, Hurley and baby Aaron) escaped, the circumstances of why the others were left behind, and why they had to keep what happened to them a secret when they returned to the real world. The flash forwards have added a whole new element to the show this season (Jack and Kate engaged? Hurley is back in the loony bin! Is Claire dead? And if not, why would she let Aaron leave the island without her?) We'll also find out who was in the coffin on last season's finale (speculation has centered on either Michael or Ben) and don't be surprised if the Grim Reaper strikes again, targeting one of our favorite castaways...

Those images focused on the on-island characters, while these images give us a look at Michael (HArrold Perrineau) and Frank (Jeff Fahey) on the freighter and Locke (Terry O'Quinn) at Jacob's Cabin!!

Hey Losties,
I know there has not been much new to post about filming for Season 4 of LOST, but I did chat with our good friend Ryan@TheTransmission to ask him if there were any updates. He did confirm that over the last week or so that the LOST crew has been busy filming scenes "at sea" on the freighter and deep in the secluded parts of the forest where Team Locke and Jack first split up.

Unfortunately with the cast and crew filming in remote locations, it has been hard to get any good spoilers or scoops.

However, spies were able to confirm that some of the actors on the freighter seen were Sayid, Desmond, and Michael and that they "think" they saw Sun, Jin, and Kate!? This is interesting because this could be mean that the early stages of the "rescue" and formation of the Oceanic 6 are being filmed.

NOTE: The freighter scenes could possibly be for Episode 4x12

Also, after chatting with Ryan he did mention that his new podcast was up and that I should check it out (which I did and it was great) to see if we missed posting anything. Well it seems like there was a little tidbit that we did miss about the filming of Locke's childhood high school scenes.

During the podcast Ryan describes how had a chance to watch a scene get filmed inside the classroom and that it was a scene with Young Locke speaking with his teacher and that he seemed quite upset when he said: "Don't you understand science can't solve everything!!"

So it seems like this episode will not only explore Locke's childhood but also more about the Man of Science v. Man of Faith debate that has played a central role in his character.

Also what other potential goodies will we get this episode that link the concepts of science v faith!?
