Hey There Losties,
Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof decided to spring a surprise Official ABC LOST podcast on us this week which covers last week's episode of LOST The Other Woman and spoilers for Episode 4x07 Ji Yeon.

1) Scripts 9 and 10 are done and 11 is almost done.
2) Two Hour Finale will now air in two episodes over two weeks because of Grey's Anatomy having a two-hour finale
3) Iron Man Trailer was cool
4) The Other Woman - What is the use of the Tempest? Are the hatches important?
D&C: They joke about the Arrow hatch, but confirm that they all have some importance and that the Tempest is a very important hatch on the island. This episode was their way of telling us about some of the island's history via Juliet's past on the island. To show us how the Dharma Initative was potentially gassed. Dharma was working on Biological weapons, but are not necessarily bad.
5) Is Widmore really the man behind the freighter?
D&C: Yes and this is a BIG reveal on the show. Ben knows why Widmore is trying to get to the island and we should know by the end of the season alos. They confirm Ben is lying.
6) Will we see Harper again?
D&C: Yes we will, she is an other, we did not kill her and she is still on the island.
7) Who is Ben's Man on the Boat?
D&C: We will find out this week in Ji Yeon (Episode 4x07)
8) Canon of LOST? Mobisodes, Find815, TLE, Via Domus and Orchid!?
D&C: Good question, the show is the Mothership and is indeed the main canon. Also it is tricky to keep our eyes on everything else in the LOST Universe. We give a framework to the creators but what we write is truly canon. The Mobisodes are, so is Orchid video which will come into play later this season. Certain elements in other items such as Hanso perhaps in Bad Twin are canon and there are other little tidbits in everything else to make it fun for fans, but at the end of the day main thing to follow is the show.
9)Lost and Gilligan Island
D&C: Answer several joke type questions. Lol, Skipper borrowed Minnow from Libby and is a member of Dharma. :)
11) CS appears in Season 1, CS appears in Mobisode 13, CS appears in Episode 4x01 in Jacob's cabin, will we see more of CS in the future of LOST.
D&C: Yes, we will see him several more times and a good question to ponder of CS is how he is a part of the lives of Jack and the other Losties.
12) Will we see Smokey?
D&C: Yes we will smokey this season. They try to show us smokey at least once a season, but they have "rules".
13) Locke was my favorite character in Season 1, but his actions are getting tougher to defend. Will his actions be redeemed?
D&C: Locke is on a journey and in journeys there are periods of doubting and frustrations. It is cool to see a character struggle, but by the end of even this season Locke will have some better moments. A Man of faith might doubt and have struggles, but will emerge as even a bigger believer in faith.
14) Via Domus Ending, was it a dream or Des like time travel?
It wasn't all a dream, some moments had little dreams. The game is outside canon so it does not really matter and then they laugh.
15) Podcast host, Chris, really have a job?
Yes, he works at ABC, Disney channel and marketing.
16) Will be back after episode 8 Meet Kevin Johnson with another podcast, who is Kevin Johnson? We will meet him in episode 8. :)

Mitchell Reveals some Minor Spoilers for Episode 4x06
Elizabeth Mitchell who plays Juliet on LOST on ABC had an interview with E! Online's Kristin and she revealed some interesting tidbits about tonight's episode (4x06 - The Other Woman).
I love her. That's all there is to it. Elizabeth Mitchell (you know, Juliet on Lost—keep up, will ya?) radiates kindness, warmth and intelligence, and, I swear, just being in her presence ups my rating on the happy scale.
And in case you didn't hear, Juliet's big episode airs tonight.
So on a recent (and wonderful) afternoon, I interviewed her, and you can click in to check out what she had to say about working with Michael Emerson, the identity of Juliet's "constant" and tonight's "awkward" and "heartbreaking" episode...
I have to tell you, I was just having a conversation about how much we have all absolutely embraced Juliet as part of the Lost cast. You kind of forget that she wasn't part of the original cast, and that hasn't happened with every new character.
That's so nice. Thank you so much. I do feel really happy you feel that way, and people have told me that. It's amazing to me, because that's certainly not what I expected when I joined the cast. I really just expected to come in and get to play as long as I could and get killed off pretty quickly, judging from what happened to everyone else. I think they penned it really nicely. They just needed a bridge in certain places, and that was this character. They needed a bridge between Ben and everyone else, and they needed someone to come in and be a little salt in the oyster of Jack and Kate.
And I really do like the fact that she does seem to like Jack. You're gonna laugh when I say this, but I feel like it's a very grown-up relationship. They seem to really respect and like each other.
Yeah. It's like Kate and Sawyer are the rambunctious teenagers.
Oh yeah.
And Juliet and Jack are slightly more mature and not really rushing into things.
Exactly. And even if they met 10 years ago, they probably would have been the same way.
So, Juliet's about to be featured this week...What can you tell me about her episode?
Well, it was a hard episode to do, because it's a very weak time in her life but actually quite interesting at the same time. Yeah. There's a bit of love and angst...
That always makes for good television.
Yes, it's always a bit interesting.
Lost - Polygon
Yes! Well, we're hearing there will be a kiss, and we know that Jack and Juliet have kissed once before.
We haven't ever seen them be romantic, but they kissed goodbye, which was very brave of her. And this week, they do kiss again. It's a very interesting kiss in this one. It's kind of a holding-on-for-dear-life thing...It's very much of a desperation thing—in a lovely way.
You know, I announced I'd be interviewing you, and questions have just been flooding in from around the world. I just wanted to ask you a few of the fan questions, if you don't mind.
Oh, of course, I would love to.
Diana in Cancún, Mexico: Are we going to see any scenes between Elizabeth and Michael Emerson in Juliet's episode? I miss them so much.
On this show, they kind of have to humanize and also pick apart all the characters, and that's what this episode did for me, but I thought it was really interesting. So, yes, there's some really messy stuff with Ben.
Lost: Michael Emerson
Was it emotionally draining shooting this episode?
Yes, yes. Yes. I love working with Michael, because he comes to set, and he's Ben. It's not like he does some sort of a creepy thing, but the minute the camera starts to roll, the minute we're rehearsing, he's right there. No weird warm-up, no actor's nerves, no neurosis, he just works. It's really gorgeous to watch.
So as a result, the days I know I'm gonna work with him—and I feel this way about Matthew, too—it's just kind of a thrill, and the stuff we had to do was so freakin' heartbreaking. And awkward, too.
Because in this episode you get a pretty nice chunk of how Ben feels about Juliet. I think that, to me, was probably the most interesting part of the episode, the stuff between the two of us.
How does this episode compare to others?
This season has been just racing, hurtling forward, and I'm just so thrilled with it. But this episode is a chance to kind of sit down and catch your breath, you know what I mean? And then watch a couple people try to destroy each other.
Don Walters in St. Louis, Missouri: Do you think Juliet is legitimately infatuated with Jack, or do you think she is attempting to use him for her own devices?
I don't really know definitively, but I've always thought her attraction to Jack was not planned on her part. I do believe she will do anything to get off the Island. I've always believed and played that her attraction to him was a surprise, so I don't know which is more powerful for her, her attraction to Jack or her willingness to do anything to get off the Island.
To some degree her sister is the love of her life. She has such a strong bond with her sister.
I think her sister is her only person. Her only family, her only everything...
Henry Ian Cusick, Lost
Her constant. I love that word from the Desmond episode.
I do, too! Oh my god, it was so good. And that whole ending with him. I was sobbing when I watched it, and my husband was like, "You read this, you knew this was happening." I cried anyway. I consider it one of the best episodes of Lost ever. But yeah, when I read that episode, I called Ian and was like, This—this is the most amazing episode. And he obviously played it to the nth degree. He did such a beautiful job, and so did she, Penny; I think they're really fun to watch together.
Absolutely. Now, are you guys all going back to work fairly soon?
Yeah. I'm just trying to get on Hawaiian Air and book a ticket.
How do you feel about what's ahead in the last five episodes?
The thing that's been really fun about this year is that the writers are so excited, and it's absolutely an ensemble. I see everyone more than I did my first year. I mean, I see everybody in the trailers there always. It's really fun that way. It's just nice, even though we're split; it's still nice that everyone's working together now.

5) Ben admits that Juliet was chosen to be his, as in a mate. Not to be with Goodwin. And that he wouldn't let Goodwin leave the tailies group specifically because he wanted him to get killed. This all becomes clear to Juliet as Ben shows her Goodwin's dead body.
6) Juliet finds out Daniel and Charlotte are there to stop Ben and are more good guys then bad. She doesn't shoot them.

Latest LOST Spoilers From Kristin

This week Kristin's gossip column at E! Online has somw really juicy LOST Spoilers.
Of course for those of you that have read every spoiler, there is not much new, but we now have a confirmation that Charles Widmore (Alan Dale) will appear in the Juliet (Elizabeth Mitchell) centric episode 4x06 (he is also scheduled to appear in episode 4x05), that the Orchid Station (from Comic-Con) will indeed make an appearance during Juliet's episode, that Ken Leung (Miles) is contracted for the whole season, and that Fisher Stevens who makes his first appearance in Desmond's Episode (4x05) as Minkowski is on his way back to Hawaii to film some additional scenes.
Carrie in Columbus, Ohio: After that awful Kate-Sawyer fight in last week's Lost, I felt like I did when Ross and Rachel broke up for the first time in Friends. Angst is great, especially between Kate and Sawyer, but can you tell us if there's any chance they'll make up or at least share some scenes in upcoming episodes?
Sawyer and Kate are totally on a break for at least episodes five and six. No word yet on if during said break Sawyer sleeps with the girl from the copy place. That said, Skaters, don't tune out yet. From what I've heard, even sans Skate, eps five and six are absolute barn burners.

Keeping Awake in Montclair, New Jersey: How will Ken Leung's New York stage commitment affect Lost? Is he already off the show?
I suspect an understudy for that play might be getting his big shot sometime soon. Ken's people didn't have an official restart date for Lost, so they've been going ahead with other jobs, but Ken's contracted through the season to play regular character Miles, so don't assume Locke's breakfast of champions did him in, at least not yet. Meanwhile, our girl Gina Serpe hit the Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday, and Fisher Stevens (Minkowski, the guy tied to the bed in this week's Lost previews) said he would be returning to Hawaii next week to resume filming his role on Lost. (Join me in a Snoopyx dance joy at the news that Lost is back in front of the cameras soon!)

Of course for those of you that have read every spoiler, there is not much new, but we now have a confirmation that Charles Widmore (Alan Dale) will appear in the Juliet (Elizabeth Mitchell) centric episode 4x06 (he is also scheduled to appear in episode 4x05), that the Orchid Station (from Comic-Con) will indeed make an appearance during Juliet's episode, that Ken Leung (Miles) is contracted for the whole season, and that Fisher Stevens who makes his first appearance in Desmond's Episode (4x05) as Minkowski is on his way back to Hawaii to film some additional scenes.
Carrie in Columbus, Ohio: After that awful Kate-Sawyer fight in last week's Lost, I felt like I did when Ross and Rachel broke up for the first time in Friends. Angst is great, especially between Kate and Sawyer, but can you tell us if there's any chance they'll make up or at least share some scenes in upcoming episodes?
Sawyer and Kate are totally on a break for at least episodes five and six. No word yet on if during said break Sawyer sleeps with the girl from the copy place. That said, Skaters, don't tune out yet. From what I've heard, even sans Skate, eps five and six are absolute barn burners.

Keeping Awake in Montclair, New Jersey: How will Ken Leung's New York stage commitment affect Lost? Is he already off the show?
I suspect an understudy for that play might be getting his big shot sometime soon. Ken's people didn't have an official restart date for Lost, so they've been going ahead with other jobs, but Ken's contracted through the season to play regular character Miles, so don't assume Locke's breakfast of champions did him in, at least not yet. Meanwhile, our girl Gina Serpe hit the Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday, and Fisher Stevens (Minkowski, the guy tied to the bed in this week's Lost previews) said he would be returning to Hawaii next week to resume filming his role on Lost. (Join me in a Snoopyx dance joy at the news that Lost is back in front of the cameras soon!)

Episode 4x06 The Other Woman -- Juliet Gets Busy
Well yesterday Dark reported that Juliet (Elizabeth Mitchell) and Jack (Matthew Fox) were going to share a passionate kiss. However, at the same time Ausiello reported Juliet will be seen in an even more passionate scene than just kissing.
Immediately the forums were buzzing with speculation, but if you had read the previous spoilers, you would know that Juliet's history and relationship with Goodwin was supposed to be revealed, thus making it likely it was Goodwin who was going to get lucky and not Jack.
Today, Dark was able to confirm via his sources that this is the case after all.

So it looks like the Juliet Centric LOST Episode 4x06 will revisit the chemistry with Jack (Matthew Fox) and Juliet (Elizabeth Mitchell) with them sharing a "passionate" kiss. This is the episode we are supposed to learn a little more about Juliet's history on the island and her relationship with Goodwin. Several of the fan favorite Others Tom (Mr. Friendly) and Ethan are scheduled to appear again.

Now about the FF goes, the Juliet Centric episode is the 6th episode (The Other Woman) this season, but all the other reports about this episode say the episode is a FlashBACK. So who know if Mitchell was talking about this episode or a "future" one that is planned.

What’s coming up for Juliet in the fourth season?
A little bit more of the same with a new set of circumstances. Based on the end, we know that someone is coming to rescue everyone and that has to be dealt with. There’s more that happens in her relationships. There’s more that happens where we see, as it always is on LOST, a little more of who she is, and a little bit less of who she is. She skirts the line pretty nicely. She has been with the survivors for, well, I mean in LOST terminology, a little bit of time now. She’s a little bit more rougher, and I’m kind of enjoying that. There’s not a tremendous amount of makeup that goes in to that, there’s a lot of dirt.
I was wondering, do you have like six of the same dirty outfits that you have to wear?
I really do, I think I have four. They wash them, and they dirty them again, which I think is hilarious, too. So you think you’d be with these people, we might smell terrible, but no, everybody is all clean, it’s just movie dirt, but they do do a wonderful job of keeping us really really pretty filthy.
Do you have a flashforward or flashback that we will be seeing?
I do have one, yes!
Everybody thought that your two flashbacks from last year were some of the best of the season.
I really enjoyed mine last year. I really did think that they were some of my favorite work that I’ve ever done. I had such a good time.
Where do you think Juliet stands in regards to her alliance with Ben versus her alliance to Jack?
Sometimes I think it’s who is going to end up being stronger. I think her feelings for Jack are a surprise for her. I don’t know that she’s necessarily as controlled on that as she is about everything else. Her anger for Ben, her unbelievable rage for Ben kind of comes out every once in a while, but otherwise it just boils away under the surface. But if he were able to get her to her sister, do you know what I mean? Who knows, I don’t know, it’s kind of who holds the cards. I think there is stuff that is as yet unexplored with Jack. I think there’s a tenuous yet somewhat strong weird trust between the two of them, so we’ll have to see if that works out or not. I mean there’s obviously an attraction but I think there might also be a trust. It’s interesting. I really enjoy the two characters. The way they’ve written the two characters, there’s so much there. There’s so much chemistry. Just the way that they wrote them, they made them such equals. They made them free for combat and great for lovers.

I've just learnt the titles for Episode 5 and 6. Now these are the working titles which 95% of the time remain the same as the official ones, although with such a large time between the shooting and air date this may increase the chances of them changing, but for now these are the titles.
