Here is a breakdown of the Paley Center Panel with the LOST cast and crew.
Thanks to NoOne for the heads up and E! Online for the details.
NOTE: There are details of a sneak peek that was shown as well.
1. Jack's baby momma (mother of David Shephard in the flash-sideways world) IS somebody we've met before. Juliet? Kate? Sara? Hmm...
2. We probably will see Walt again. "[Malcolm David Kelley] absolutely would still be on the show," Carlton Cuse said, "but the actor aged." Damon Lindelof: "We are working on a way to bring Walt back before Lost is all said and done."
3. Damon: "Ilana and Richard will say things to each other and about each other in the future."
4. Terry O'Quinn is "playing a guy who we're not going to see until the finale." (Eeeee!)
5. Someone IS coming to the island.
6. Matthew Abbadon will not return.
7. We will get an answer to Libby and Hurley and their connection in the past.
8. Vincent will be back.
9. The finale is being written right now. Episode 15 was just shot this week in Hawaii.
10. Damon says there's no need for an island to have a Lost-themed ride at Disney World: "Just put people in a black room, spin them around and punch them in the face and tell them 'You just had the Lost experience.'"
11. Will we find out if there really was a bird on the island that said "Hurley" as it flew by? "That is on our list of things to explain."
12. When asked if we'll find out what happened to Annie, Ben's childhood sweetheart, Carlton says "We don't want to say. Probably not."
13. The gang's back together! While answering an unrelated Q, Terry O'Quinn mentioned: "A whole bunch of the cast is working together again."
14. There will be more for Charlie fans.
15. Alan Dale aka Charles Widmore will return.
16. Whether Jacob actually ever furnished a list of candidates to Ben or The Others is speculative...and might have been Ben lying to get the surgery from Jack.
17. A clip was shown for next week's episode in which Sayid says "apparently, I'm evil," Miles tells Sayid he was dead and says "Whatever brought you back it wasn't them (Temple people)," and Claire storms into the Temple telling Dogen that "He" wants to talk to him.
Check back later for exclusive interviews with the cast and producers of Lost, and Modern Family too.
In the meantime, what does this all mean for the very end? How does the whole cast come together again? Discuss!

Question: Can you tell me if any of the following Losties will get a centric episode by season’s end: Miles, Ilana, Lapidus, or Claire? —Stephen
Ausiello: No, no, no, and no. At least as of 6.15. And my guess is the final hours won’t center on anyone. The good news: You’ll see a lot of those four in other people’s sideways arcs.

Thanks to NoOne for the heads up.Eighth Day of Lost-Mas via Kristin - Message from the Dead
Is anyone ever really dead on Lost?
This has been the money Q since season one, and in case you didn't hear, there are quite a few "dead" former castmembers who will reappear for the highly anticipated final season: Dominic Monaghan, Rebecca Mader and Ian Somerhalder, just to name a few.
But here's something you don't know: A dead character also may "return" without us actually seeing the actor who plays him or her!
How?
Via the man with the Sixth Sense!
No, not Bruce Willis...
According to insiders, Miles (Ken Leung)—who, remember, gets messages from the dead and not full-on visions/visits à la Hurley (Jorge Garcia)—may carry a message from a dead character on Lost in the upcoming season.
So who is it?
I can't say who—sorry, too spoilery—but I can tell you that this dead person's message is important.

Thanks to Misty for the heads up of this little report from one of our Forum Users.
Hurley was wearing his normal red tshirt and Alpert in dark clothing. The scene took place by a big tree in the middle of a jungly type area. I found them filming on the beach location the next day and was informed that in a couple days they will be doing a lightning scene there with pyrotechnics and that they also did a similar scene in the area I saw Richard and Hurley. The camp has been rebuilt with green palms, indicating that it as redone recently. The people that were filming on the beach were Ben, Kate, Jack, Hurley, Sun, Miles and Illana and they were all sitting around a campfire. Its an interesting combo hey!
There are some non-filming photos of the various sets here

Episode 6x08 Recon - Set Report of Several Scenes (UPDATE)
Posted by
The ODI

UPDATE: The woman being chased has been confirmed as Kate. Here is what took place: I watched the filming of the last shot of the evening at 6pm, by Mercury Bar’s alley way (around the corner from JJ Dolan’s).
Josh/Sawyer and Evi/Kate are doing a close up scene where he grabs her by the collar and pushes her up against a doorway. I was close enough to see them, too far to hear them.
Wow another interesting day of filming for the LOST crew and fans of Sawyer and Miles. Our good friend Ryan and several fans got to witness several scenes be filmed today and there is a good amount of detail to even perhaps confirm that Miles and Sawyer are partners in law enforcement similar to the Dharma Days in 1977.
Here are snippets right from Ryan's report of three scenes that were filmed:
Scene 1:
One scene took place in front of a “La Brea Property Management” office in “Pacific Tower” (false signs hung on Kukui Plaza). Around the corner, two L.A.P.D. cruisers were parked. Sawyer is waiting in a new-ish but nondescript silver four-door Mercury sedan. Sawyer beckons to Miles, who cautiously walks up to the car, then tries to wave Sawyer off and walk away. But Sawyer calls out and stops him, leans over, and opens the passenger door for Miles.
Miles gets in. Sawyer gives Miles one of two cups of coffee, and they talk. Sawyer then gives Miles a file or folder with photographs, and he flips through it. He looks at one photo intensely, and hands it back.
Miles was wearing dark jeans, a blue plaid collared shirt, and a leather jacket. Sawyer was also in jeans, with a dark, rugged jacket over a gray T-shirt. Miles is definitely a cop, but this scene suggests that even Sawyer somehow again ends up involved with law enforcement. If he is working with Miles, it would appear the pair are a team, just like in the Dharma Initiative circa 1977.
Scene 2:
Posters were hung, boxes were strewn, and a hose was used to add an extra layer of wet dinginess. A slight woman wearing a black jacket and with a grey hood pulled over her head repeatedly ran down the alley as a camera crew filmed her from above (perched atop the Thomas building). She knocked down a stack of boxes as she ran, which would then be carefully set back up for another take.
Scene 3:
Car chase scene with woman who is being chased by the police crashes into Miles and Sawyer's Car. A nice video of the stunt is posted in Ryan's report at Hawaii Blog.
Summary of Filming and speculation of scenes from Ryan:
Though these scenes were obviously shot out of sequence, I’d guess it unfolds as follows: Sawyer flags down Miles from his car, and they meet, sipping coffee and looking over photos. Suddenly, a blue car involved in a police chase crashes into them. The driver, a hooded woman, takes off down an alley.
As I said these are just small snippets about the filming so check out the FULL and excellent report and video of stunt here: Hawaii Blog

Once again the crew was busy in downtown Honolulu and our good friend Ryan has the details via a few fan reports.Today, was a setting for an LAPD Police station once again involving Josh Holloway (Sawyer), but today Ken Leung (Miles) was also on set along with someone named "Liam".
Could this be the return of Charlie's brother Liam!?
Also according to Ryan, "there was no word on how the scenes were unfolding, but crew chatter suggested two apparent settings: the police station, and a locker room."

Earlier today we posted some photos from Ryan's report here. Thanks to DarkUFO reader Lostforeever we have a few more and this report.
I'm attaching some shots that I managed to snag from the same day as the fan from Ryan's blog (Monday Nov 2). They had been there all day, but the rain was affecting their shooting schedule. I actually went right into Sawyer's tent where Ben had previously been digging up something or burying something and it was covered with a fatigue looking tarp. If you look at the Ben-Ilana with gun pic, I'm in the background! How cool is that. Everything the fan said is correct, the only thing I would add is that there were 8 graves near Eko's church..don't know what that was, but they could be screwing with us! The crew were quite accommodating, but we stuck it out through the rain so they knew we were die-hard. I saw Miles, Frank, Ben, Ilana and Sun...but only Frank, Ben and Ilana actually shooting. As we were leaving, it looked like Sun had a scene coming up.

Lost Season 6 - Filming Update and Photos - 3rd November

Thanks to Ryan for his latest filming report from the island.
This morning, “LOST” was spotted at Hawaii Medical Center East on Liliha St., otherwise known as St. Sebastian Hospital. The scene took place in the emergency room, and thus beyond prying eyes. But a group of nurses were a titter, having spotted Jack (Matthew Fox), Sayid (Naveen Andrews) and “his girlfriend” — presumably Nadia (Andrea Gabriel). As we’re beginning to see, even in a universe where Oceanic Flight 815 arrives safely in Los Angeles, our friends are inexplicably crossing paths.
And this afternoon, visiting fan “Daisy from Hazzard County” was among several visitors (including a group on a “LOST” tour) who happened upon a “LOST” shoot at Papailoa Beach (a.k.a. Police Beach), the main beach camp of several seasons past. Rain bursts made for a tricky shoot, but the crew persevered.
In the scene were Ben (Michael Emerson), Frank (Jeff Fahey), Ilana (Zuleikha Robinson), Miles (Ken Leung), and Sun (Yunjin Kim). In one scene, Frank was gathering wood and working in the sand, and in another, he was toting a gun. Then, it was Ben’s turns to dig around in the sand. Finally, Ilana had Ben at gunpoint, and marched him down the beach.

Hey All,
We finally have some details from that "secret hatch" set filming.
Here is the report:
Looks like things pick up immediately after Juliet hits the bomb because the construction site looks like the Swan after it got sucked in. Jack, Kate, Sawyer, Miles, Jin were there. Saw Sawyer upset over Juliet's actions and runs toward the hole which is now stuffed with all the metal from the site. Also saw them and some stunt doubles clumb out of the hole using vines/rope.
Didn't see them filming, but saw Hurley and Sayid around set. Sayid's Dharma uniform was covered in a lot of blood so it looks like he's still hurt from last season.
Very cool to see :)

'SOME LIKE IT HOTH''
Last week I dared to hope for all-time greatness — and my wish came true. So should I be bracing for a letdown, even a small one, from tonight's Lost outing? Or should I just chill and let Lost be what Lost will be? Option 2 sounds more mature...but where's the fun in that? Bring on the outrageously unrealistic expectations! Bring fire to my dead, cold heart! Make me feel alive!
(Ahem.)
Tonight's flashback spotlight falls on Miles Straume, the hot-headed hustler capable of talking to the dead. Will we learn the origin of his powers? Will we learn why his parents gave him a name that sounds like ''maelstrom,'' a Nordic term for ''whirlpool?'' Will we learn why he's such a Mr. Snarky Cranky Pants? Recall earlier this season how Daniel Faraday wondered if his freaky freighter friend had been to the Island before; might Miles be Pierre Chang's infant child all grown up? If so, did Young Master Sixth Sense spend any time in Room 23, à la Walt? FUN FACT FROM THE WORLD OF CONSPIRACY THEORY LORE! Time-traveling Miles is currently parked in 1977 — the same year that the Senate conducted an investigation into a secret CIA project called MKULTRA, which conducted research into brainwashing, mind-control, and even psychic powers. Heavy drugs were involved. And allegedly kids were used as test subjects. Very Room 23, if you ask me.
A couple months ago, when I visited the set of Lost, I had the opportunity to interview the actor who plays Miles, Ken Leung, a thoughtful, soft-spoken dude who digs the show's deep, spiritual themes and sci-fi/supernatural twists. Leung told me his early days working on the show were challenging due to the lack of info about his character. ''I was kind of just lost for a while,'' says the actor. ''It's a unique show in the sense that part of the point is that you're not equipped with the answers. So, you kind of have to learn to do without that, do without the answers that maybe you are accustomed to. So, that was hard. Not a bad kind of hard, but it took some figuring out. And now, I've just sort of accepted it in a way that I hadn't before, so it's more fun in that sense.'' To hear more from our man Miles, press play on the video below.
