Marcela in Portugal: Is it true that Naveen Andrews is leaving Lost?
Not sure how this one got misconstrued, but no. Naveen has taken a role on NBC's Law & Order: SVU, but it is only for one episode as a guest star. He's not thatMaggie Grace hasn't yet signed on to return! My Lost moles assure me Naveen is very much a part of the final Lost season. And we might even see something good happen to Sayid for once.

Lost Season 6 - Filming Update and Photos - 3rd November

Thanks to Ryan for his latest filming report from the island.
This morning, “LOST” was spotted at Hawaii Medical Center East on Liliha St., otherwise known as St. Sebastian Hospital. The scene took place in the emergency room, and thus beyond prying eyes. But a group of nurses were a titter, having spotted Jack (Matthew Fox), Sayid (Naveen Andrews) and “his girlfriend” — presumably Nadia (Andrea Gabriel). As we’re beginning to see, even in a universe where Oceanic Flight 815 arrives safely in Los Angeles, our friends are inexplicably crossing paths.
And this afternoon, visiting fan “Daisy from Hazzard County” was among several visitors (including a group on a “LOST” tour) who happened upon a “LOST” shoot at Papailoa Beach (a.k.a. Police Beach), the main beach camp of several seasons past. Rain bursts made for a tricky shoot, but the crew persevered.
In the scene were Ben (Michael Emerson), Frank (Jeff Fahey), Ilana (Zuleikha Robinson), Miles (Ken Leung), and Sun (Yunjin Kim). In one scene, Frank was gathering wood and working in the sand, and in another, he was toting a gun. Then, it was Ben’s turns to dig around in the sand. Finally, Ilana had Ben at gunpoint, and marched him down the beach.

UPDATED: Here are some more details about the set from our good friend Ryan in Hawaii:
The set was none other than Honolulu International Airport, which (as indicated by a “Welcome to Los Angeles” sign) was reprising its role as LAX...
Indeed, expected on the set were Matthew Fox (Jack), Evangeline Lilly (Kate), Josh Holloway (Sawyer) and Naveen Andrews (Sayid). But the first hardworking actor sighted was none other than Daniel Roebuck, who played the hapless (and previously detonated) Dr. Leslie Arzt.
Read full report from Ryan here: Hawaii Blog
**UPDATED** Added a second photo sent to us from our good friend DarkUFO. I have posted it below.
Last week we received a tip on a potential location for filming, but our source asked us to keep it quite, but it seems like it is no longer a secret.
DocArzt it seems via Ryan in Hawaii or perhaps being in Hawaii himself has grabbed a pic of some of the cast members chairs in an airport baggage claim.
Yup, the LOST Cast and crew are setting up shop at Honolulu Airport to film some airport scenes and so it does seem like we will get the potential reset or Alternate Timeline story of the Losties arriving LAX!!
As you can see at least Naveen Andrews, Josh Holloway and Evangeline Lilly if not more will be on set.
Here is the pic and we hope to have more details from the set later today and the rest of the week stay tuned!
Whoever took the pic. Thanks!

Hey All,
Late Friday night our good friend Ryan was able to get on to the LOST set and watch the Season Premiere beung filmed. That night we posted a couple of set reports from Ryan, which confirmed that Naveen Andrews (Sayid) and Jorge Garcia (Hurley) were a part of the filming at an apartment building. The filming included a stunt with someone scheduled to take a fall.
In the pics below you can see that the crew set up some foam and cardboard boxes to make sure the stuntman had a safe fall.
Ryan was also able to get some footage of the filming and if you look closely you will see Sayid and Hurley getting out of an SUV and walking around the apt. complex.

**UPDATED** 8/22 12AM PST Ryan just provided us with an update with more details about the filming currently occurring. I have added a Google satellite image of where they are filming.
As I assumed, it seems to be a scene shortly after Sayid gets Hurley out of Santa because Ryan mentions Hurley being in a robe. However, it seems like some one is going to be taking a fall from a good height as Ryan has spotted the stunt setup.
NOTE: Original post is below and Ryan said he was heading back to the set so stay tuned for MORE updates soon!
They’ve commandeered a four-story apartment complex at 1818 Anapuni St. to film a scene with Naveen Andrews and Jorge Garcia.
It’s a night shoot, with Klieg lights on cranes illuminating the whole building. It was raining when shooting started, so they kept the parking lot wet with a hose. In one corner, dozens of empty cardboard boxes and several large athletic-style foam blocks. On the corner, an ambulance. Looks like a stunt fall is in the cards.
The scene so far? Hurley and Sayid drive into the apartment complex parking lot in a late-model blue SUV. (It and the other cars have California plates.) They exit, Sayid looking sharp in a black shirt and dark khaki pants, Hurley wearing a thick, long, grey bathrobe over a blue T-shirt. Hurley’s also holding a big burger and paper cup. They make their way stealthily up the stairs, and walk the length of the building, past several apartments.
Security is keeping an eye on me. I even voluntarily submitted to a bag search. These guys don’t mess around, but fortunately I’m also a known factor. They’ve yelled down several other people with cameras. People who, of course, I go out of my way to meet. Otherwise, I’m just standing under the lighting crane, watching Hurley and Sayid walk. Again and again and again…

Hey All,
The LOST crew is set to begin filming with in the hour in Hawaii and thanks to our man Ryan who is on location. He just informed us of his initial report on how the crew has setup base camp at a local church.
However, the filming will be up the street at a night shoot to feature a scene with Jorge Garcia (Hurley) and Naveen Andrews (Sayid).
Could this be the scene after Sayid gets Hurley out of Santa Rosa??
Well here is the current report with a little update, but hopefully soon we will get an update from Ryan. So keep checking back for an update.
Enjoy:
Just in time to kick off the weekend, the “LOST” production crew was spotted in Makiki… not two blocks from where my family and I used to live. They’re commandeering Dominis St., a narrow street that runs along the densely populated ridge. It looks like it will be a night shoot on a residential street, with specially staged cars waiting nearby. Curious neighbors are hoping to catch sight of some of the show’s stars, with Jorge Garcia and Naveen Andrews said to be expected.
I initially thought the shoot was taking place down the hill at Central Union Church, but that turned out to merely be “base camp” where trailers were parked and craft services cooked up dinner. My original report follows.
Original Report:
Churches appear in ‘LOST’ quite often. Not surprising, given the show’s underlying themes of faith and redemption. Today, the production set up shop on the beautiful lawn fronting Central Union Church in lower Manoa.
They’re setting up for a night shoot, and there will apparently be exterior scenes, as crewmembers seem to be inspecting and staging some cars that could appear on screen. No tell-tale signs or props just yet, but a friendly gentleman wiring up a trailer suggested that Jorge Garcia and Naveen Andrews were to be the beneficiaries of his handiwork. (Of course, he only knew them by their general physical descriptions.)
Central Union Church had a brief cameo in an earlier episode of ‘LOST,’ where Locke attended a support group meeting and met Helen in “Orientation” (Season 2, Episode 3)

Naveen Andrews Discusses the End of LOST

LOST Star Naveen Andrews had a small interview in a French magazine to promote Season 4 of LOST, but mentions that the show will end on-island. This is not a shock or a major revelation and pretty much most LOST fans would want and expect.
Additionally Andrews confirms that he requested that Sayid have an on-island love interest and so they gave us Shannon and Sayid.
Here are the exact details and translation of the key parts of this article and thanks to Lyly.
Do you know how the show will end ?
The finale will be on the island, apart from that, I don't know any thing in advance, This is what makes the job fascinating but frustrating. I just hope all mysteries will be resolved in a smart way.
Do you make suggestions to the writers?
Rarely. During season1, i suggested that Sayid lived a romance with someone on the island, and they created his relationship with Shannon. But it wasn't very long...I would like my character to live a new romance in Season 5.
