LOST Episode 4x10 Something Nice Back Home is a Jack centric flash forward and previous set photos and spoilers reveal that he actually makes a trip back to Santa Rosa (Hurley's Mental Institute).

Well according to the report below, Dominic Monaghan is scheduled to appear in this episode, so it looks like Charlie's ghost returns!!

Tv-Now is reporting that Dominic Monaghan is next appearing on Lost on 1st May 2008, which is Episode 4.10 - Something Nice Back Home.

So with this being a Jack centric episode, will we be seeing the Doc encounter Charlie in a flashforward? Speculate below.
