Here is the latest ABC promo for LOST Season 4 Episode 9 which also features some small clips from ABC's other Thursday night shows, Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy.

Once again for some this promo reveals a minor spoiler as you can see a quick flash of a body washing ashore on the beach and of course Keamy holding Alex hostage. You can see the screencaps below.
