LOST Spoilers - The ODI

Hey All,
Here is the first official ABC LOST Podcast with producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof.

These podcasts usually contain some spoilers and this time around is no different. Also, it does contain a preview of the upcoming episode Eggtown.

They discuss the Oceanic 6, the time shift, whether they would go with Jack or Locke, and confirm that they would like to do weekly podcasts again.

They then continue by answering some fan questions. Details of questions below.

1) Will we learn about Hurley and the deck collapse? Complete focus of Hurley and the deck collapse is in Season 5 (Joke)

2) Will we see Libby again? Yes, Libby will return later this season.

3) Smoke monster and Hurley connected to Hindu Gods? - No, and they wished they were as smart as us.

4) How did the Polar Bear get in the dessert? - 2 Possible reasons: Got on a boat or via the island's "properties that potentially are capable of transferring things from the island to off the island." They reference the bunnies in the Orchid Hatch

5) Why do list the "guest" stars at the beginning of the episode because they are like spoilers? Harrold Perrineau is listed and has not shown up, so you can not assume anything.

6) Where did all the cows come from? The name of the cow? A potential backstory of the cow? Yes it is Patchy's cow. Svetlana is the name of the cow. Season 6 will be about Svetlana (joke)

7) Charlotte Staples Lewis (CS Lewis) - Yes there is a homage to Clive Staples Lewis is "intentional" and a little connection and nod to Chronicles of Narnia (similar to Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland).

SAYID
A Security fence. When activated, the pylons
emit a high pitch frequency that will kill anyone
who passes through it. We used a tree to climb...

MILES
raises his hand towards Sayid. He seems to hear something.

MILES
SHHHHHHHHH!!!

SAYID
stops and watches MILES as he scans the surroundings, listening intently.

SAYID (Sarcastic)
I'm sorry, are we supposed to be
hearing something?

A beat passes and MILES is suddenly aware that SAYID had spoken to him.

MILES
I'm sorry, what?

KATE
is examining the control panel.

KATE
Maybe I can shut it off.

SAYID
joins her, bending over to examine the panel.

SAYID
And, how might you do that?

KATE
I saw Juliet do it once.

SAYID (Doubtful)
Without the code?

ANGLE ON MILES. He continues to scan with a slight twitch, similar to when we saw him reading the boys room in Confirmed Dead. Suddenly he walks through the pylons and turns towards an astonished KATE and SAYID.

MILES
Hey, I don't think its on.

KATE
And how did you know that?

MILES
Lucky guess.

MILES turns and walks away. SAYID and KATE exchange puzzled glances and proceed after him.

While conducting an interview with a UK Newspaper, Naveen Andrews who plays Sayid on LOST, leaked some new spoilers for his upcoming episode.

Next week's episode is schedule as a Sayid Centric episode (The Economist) and it seems like these spoilers are linked to this episode.

Well here you go.

Naveen Andrews has apparently revealed that his character in Lost, Sayid, will be seen in a whole new light in the new series.

The British actor, 39, is back on Sky One in the fourth season of the hit sci-fi show as an Iraqi and former Republican Guard Soldier.

He told The Guardian: "You'll see him in a new light and it's genuinely surprising. It took me by surprise. There is romance, but I can't say where it is or how it is. It's a bit raunchy."

Here is Kristin at E!Online's weekly spoiler update.

These spoilers focus on next week's LOST Episode 4x03 The Economist, a Sayid Centric episode. All signs and spoilers point to us getting completely new and different look at Sayid and I hear it is much darker than we expect.

Kristin also points out an interesting little tidbit about one of the new Freighter People, Frank Lapidus the pilot.

The previews promised another Oceanic Six reveal next week, but we will also learn about another major main character who's out in the world in the future, who doesn't fall under that banner. Who is that person? The end of this ep pretty much gives it away.

Remember the headspace Sayid was in at the beginning of the series, where he was gonna go straight and not torture people anymore and try to play nice with his fellow man? Well, in the future, that's all shot to hell. Emphasis on shot.

When I caught up tonight with Jeff Fahey (Frank the kick-ass "drunk" pilot), he told me what the fans have accused him of being God, Satan or some dude who's there to impregnate the women on the island. And the clincher? He hinted that one of those is true. What the hey? For more gorey details on that, check back next week for the video, but in the meantime...

I just posted a scan of the LOST Video Game being featured in an article that provides us with some more details about the game. However, at the very end of the article it seems to reveal a minor spoiler for Season 4.

That Sayid will have a "surprising love interest" in Season 4. Will this be shown in his FF episode The Economist??

Well I know these spoilers have been out for almost about a week now and I didn't post them for a couple of reasons, one partly because I have been swamped with everything else, but also because they have created a big stir in the LOST spoiler world. I wanted things to cool down and I felt more info would be revealed to shed some more light on this info.

The spoilers are directly from our good friend DarkUFO and since his info is pretty legit after you read the spoilers I am sure you will know why I said this info created a "stir". The main cause of the stir is about some shocking twists for Episode 4 which is a Kate Centric FF.

Dark has several sources and with us just weeks away from the season premiere they are slowly giving him the ok to reveal information. This set of info is compiled from various sources for the first three episodes of Season 4.
