Here is the new casting call for LOST Episode 5x04. The key is that it is another doctor!?

There have been so many medical related casting calls I am starting to wonder if this is ER or LOST..!? :p

Well if Dr. Ariza is a Chief of Staff, could we be getting a Jack-Centric episode??
